PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve 40 exhibiting high valve closing responsiveness during a reverse flow with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The hydraulic control valve 40 includes a sleeve 41, a ball valve 57, a guide wall 52, a normal flow port 405 and a reverse flow port 404. The ball valve 57 which can be seated on and separated from a valve seat 51 provided on an inner wall of a supply oil passage 50 of the sleeve 41 can be slidably contacted to the guide wall 52 formed on an inner wall of the sleeve 41 positioned on a side opposite from a supply port 59 of the valve seat 51 to be moved. The normal flow port 405 is extended from the guide wall 52 to an oil passage 79 provided in a cam shaft 13. The reverse flow port 404 is provided in a position separated from the valve seat 51 compared to the normal flow port 405, and always communicates a pressure chamber 53 formed on a side opposite from the supply oil passage 50 with respect to the ball valve 57 and the oil passage 79 provided in the cam shaft 13. Accordingly, when a reverse flow is generated from the oil passage 79 provided in the cam shaft 13, the ball valve 57 is immediately seated on the valve seat 51. |
