PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating material capable of adjusting glossiness of a cured coating film surface in a wide range.SOLUTION: There is provided a powder mixed coating material manufactured by dry blending two or more kinds of powder coating materials containing a fluorine resin powder coating material containing a pigment and a polyester resin powder coating material containing a pigment where kinds of the pigment contained in the fluorine resin powder coating material and the pigment contained in the polyester resin powder coating material are different, a volume concentration of the pigment contained in the fluorine resin powder coating material is 5 PVC% or more higher than that in the polyester resin powder coating material and a difference of solubility parameters (SP values) of a fluorine resin and a polyester resin is 1.0 to 1.5. There is also provided a coated member having a coating film formed by electrostatic coating and baking with using the powder mixed coating material.
