<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform diagnosis for detecting an open failure of a driver, in an electromagnetic load controller where the grounds are interconnected by a diode.SOLUTION: Voltage shifts 11 and 12 are provided for the potentials of logic ground LGND and power ground PGND, and set to be a large voltage and small voltage for the Vf voltage of an ESD diode 10. Voltage comparison of the voltage shift 12 and power ground is performed for the voltage shift 11 by means of a comparator 13, and ground opening of the logic ground and power ground is determined.</p> |
