PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller support member for a water service meter capable of accurately measuring the flow rate at a low cost, and provide an impeller support structure and water service meter using the impeller support member.SOLUTION: The impeller support member is made of synthetic resin, and integrally includes: a tip having a tip SR shape; a shaft unit including a first shaft unit having a first outer diameter; a second shaft unit having a second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter; and a third shaft unit that gradually increases from the first shaft unit toward the second shaft unit, a flange unit projecting at the lower end of the second shaft unit in the direction orthogonal to the axial line of the shaft unit; and a screw unit having a male screw at the lower end of the flange unit. An impeller support structure and water service meter using the impeller support member are also provided.
