PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing effect for a fluid circulating in a clearance between a rotor and a stator.SOLUTION: Provided is a sealing device 24 for sealing a clearance between a rotor 3 rotating about an axis and a stator 5a surrounding the rotor 3 from an outer circumference, comprising: grooves 30 formed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor 3 defining the clearance and extending circumferentially; and fins 35 each provided on an upstream inner surface of each groove 30 in a flow direction of a fluid L flowing in the clearance and protruding axially.
