摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-P-based copper alloy sheet excellent in strength, heat resistance and stampability (especially bendability).SOLUTION: There is provided the Fe-P-based copper alloy sheet containing Fe:1.6 to 2.6 mass%, P:0.01 to 0.05 mass%, Zn:0.01 to 0.5 mass%, Sn:0.01 to 0.20 mass%, C:0.003 mass% or less, Co, Si and Cr of 0.05 mass% or less in total and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. When a crystal structure in a cross section parallel to a rolling direction and vertical to a sheet face is observed by EBSD (Electron BackScatter Diffraction), weighted average obtained by weighting the equivalent circle diameter of each crystal particle with area is 10μm or less, conductivity is 60%IACS or more and presence density of deposited particle of Fe or Fe-P compound having an equivalent circle diameter of 10 to 40 nm is 20/μmor more.</p>
