<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polyester plied yarn, which has biodegradable properties and cotton textures by making a certain filature condition in a pre-process, a process and a post process of plying yarns while plying biodegradable polyester single yarns and by controlling the arrangement of each single which is a form of the plied yarn and an element of the plied yarn, and a plied yarn manufactured by the method wherein the manufacturing method of the present invention is allowed to form loop and fibril on the surface of raw yarns by controlling conditions like tension, the number of twisting and heat setting while piling biodegradable aliphatic polyester fine filament and tubular braid long filament, thereby preventing reduction of physical properties, compared with synthesized fiber, and problems caused by single fibers while manufacturing eco-friendly polyester plied yarns to implement texture of natural cotton fiber.</p> |
