PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for displaying an image deformed by an intuitive operation, a display method, and a program.SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes: a motion information detection section 3 which detects motion information of the display device 1; an image processing section 71 which performs image processing to deform an image to be displayed by a display section 6 at least, on the basis of the motion information detected by the motion information detection section 3, to generate processed image data; and a display control section 73 which displays a processed image corresponding to the processed image data generated by the image processing section 71.
