PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting part looseness inspection device and inspection method which can determine the presence/absence of looseness of a fitting part with high accuracy.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fitting part looseness inspection method which inspects looseness of a fitting part (1) having a rotary member (2) and a shaft member (3) by measuring fitting surface pressure. Especially, the method measures reflection echo intensity by transmitting an ultrasonic wave to the fitting part and receiving a reflection wave, calculates the fitting surface pressure from the measured reflection echo intensity on the basis of a prescribed map of correlation between the previously prepared fitting surface pressure and the reflection echo intensity, and determines that there is looseness in the fitting part when the calculated fitting surface pressure is less than a predetermined value. |
