PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body type wind turbine generator system which can be stably disposed at a home position in the ocean without being fixed or moored on the land or the sea bottom and which can be moved, if necessary, to a desired position on the ocean.SOLUTION: The wind force received on a sail 5 is changed into a driving force in a windward direction by the resistances of a floating body 1, a transverse flow prevention plate 6 and a rotation prevention plate 7 to the water. The wind receiving face of the sail 5 is repeatedly switched back and forth to move forward and backward, and the movement in the windward direction and the movement in the leeward side are offset to retain a floating body 1 assembling a wind turbine generator system 9 at a home position on the ocean. The floating body 1 can be moved to a desired position because it is not fixed. |
