<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that is improved with good balance in wet braking performance and dry steering stability performance.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 1a comprises a plurality of circumferential main grooves 6, where first land portions 30 at respective outermost sides in a tire width direction and second land portions 32 provided inside in the tire width direction of the first land portions 30 are sectionally formed by the circumferential main grooves 6. In the second land portions 32 are arranged a plurality of transverse grooves 8 constituted of chamfered sipes 12a and first width-directional grooves 10. One ends of the first width-directional grooves 10 are communicated with the circumferential main grooves 6, the other ends of the first width-directional grooves 10 are communicated with one ends of the chamfered sipes 12a and the other ends of the chamfered sipes 12a are terminated inside the second land portions 32. The transverse grooves 8 in each second land portion 32 are alternately extended from adjacent circumferential main grooves 6 in a tire circumference direction.</p> |
