<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of detecting a vehicle height without separately arranging a measurement part.SOLUTION: A vehicle height detection device 16 detects a vehicle height by using a value of a tire pressure obtained from an air pressure sensor 14 of a vehicle 10. A first operation unit obtains the value of the tire pressure when the vehicle is parked and calculates a reference air pressure by correcting a pressure change in response to an outside air temperature when the vehicle is parked. A second operation unit obtains the value of the tire pressure during travelling and calculates a corrected travelling air pressure by correcting both of a pressure change in response to the outside air temperature during travelling and a pressure change corresponding to an increase in a tire temperature by travelling. A third operation unit calculates a weight of the vehicle 10 during travelling by comparing the reference air pressure and the corrected travelling air pressure, and calculates a vehicle height of the vehicle 10 during travelling from the obtained weight. The first operation unit obtains the value of the tire pressure when the vehicle is parked after a predetermined time passes from when an engine of the vehicle 10 is turned off.</p> |
