FIELD: physics, optics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image forming systems based on emitted energy. An electromagnetic radiation detection system comprises a double-screen detector housing, having three adjacent side walls which form a front side region, a second side region and a third side region; the walls of the three sides are joined to each other at an angle, such that they enclose a volume having the shape of a triangular prism, and each side wall has an inner surface; a substrate placed on each of said inner surfaces of the first and second side walls, wherein each substrate further includes an active region for receiving and converting electromagnetic radiation into light, thereby forming the detector screens; and a photodetector placed in the immediate vicinity of the third side wall, wherein said photodetector has a light-sensitive active region.EFFECT: high efficiency of detecting radiation.26 cl, 13 dwg |
