PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for clothing, having small differences in density and hardness among parts, and high cleaning durability.SOLUTION: A pad for clothing is molded by a mold molding method, using an urethane foam raw material such as polyol and polyisocyanate. High EO rate polyol (polyol A-D) which has a content of an ethylene oxide unit of 15-55% when the total weight of an alkylene oxide unit is 100 mass% is adopted, and a content of the high EO rate polyol is 50 mass% or more based on the total weight of polyol. Since the high EO rate polyol has a high reaction rate, the foam raw material properly foams in a metal mold. The pad for clothing molded by the mold molding method evenly foams regardless of the thickness, and has small differences in density and hardness among parts. Since urethane foam is not compressed, cells evenly remain without being crushed so as to make cleaning durability high. |
