PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating foreign matter removable by condensation advantageously in cost and efficiently from a gaseous mixture, a corresponding device, a corresponding computer program and a storage medium storing the computer program.SOLUTION: A method for separating foreign matter removable by condensation from a gaseous mixture has a cooling step. In the cooling step, the foreign matter in a heat exchanger is separated from the gaseous mixture by cooling the gaseous mixture in the heat exchanger to a lower temperature than a dew point temperature of the foreign matter using a process gas expanded from a higher pressure level to a lower pressure level in an expansion device. |
