<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise determination technique capable of performing noise determination of an image captured under any situation.SOLUTION: A noise determination device for determining presence or absence of noise of image data given in units of frame performs frequency decomposition of the image data, samples a predetermined number of data for the low frequency components of relatively low frequency, and for the high frequency components of relatively high frequency, of the frequency components thus obtained, and determines presence or absence of noise on the basis of the ratio of the high frequency side data to the low frequency side data.</p> |
