PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus which process data including a plurality of spectra at a high speed.SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus 1 for processing data including a plurality of spectra includes a group setting unit 11, an extraction data generation unit 12, and a base vector acquisition unit 131. The group setting unit 11 divides the plurality of spectra included in the data into a plurality of groups. The extraction data generation unit 12 selects at least one spectrum from each of the groups set by the group setting unit 11 and generates extraction data comprising selected spectra. The base vector acquisition unit 131 acquires a base vector in accordance which each of the spectra attributes to a component, from the extraction data generated by the extraction data generation unit 12.
