The present invention relates to an electronic device and a controlling method for an electronic device, which can facilitate inputting of job details when a worker within a nuclear power plant uses a wireless communication terminal and the electronic device comprises: a touch screen that displays a first screen containing the data related to the collaboration supporting app program; an event detection unit that detects occurrences of a first event predefined to activate or deactivate touch inputs; and a controller unit that decides whether to activate or deactivate touch inputs depending on whether the predefined first event occurs and composes a writing input layer and overlaps the writing input layer on the first screen if touch inputs are activated.
