<p>The method provides mechanical means of implementing improvement in the thermal conductivity efficiency of micro channels for two phase fluid processes of evaporation and boiling consisting of applying mechanica.l operation on the microchannel tube of creating tightsemicircular opposing directionbends and inserting a tightly wound wire of a size very close to the inner diameter of the tube where the first process enchances the separation of the liquid and vapor refrigerants- and the second has the two fold effect of reducing more the effective inner diameter of the micro channel and also creates turbulence to enhance the process of two phase evaporation and boiling leading to improvement ofthe thermal. coefficient ofthe microchannel.</p> |
