<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biological desulfurization equipment for a raw gas that can efficiently treat highly-loaded hydrogen sulphide and a biological desulfurization method.SOLUTION: Biological desulfurization equipment that biologically removes hydrogen sulphide out of a hydrogen sulphide containing gas 0a generated by the methane fermentation of an organic waste comprises a desulfurization tower 1 where a packed bed 1a including a filler with a deposition of microorganisms is disposed inside, sprinkling means that makes the packed bed undergo sprinkling 0d in the desulfurization tower, a gas retention area formed at the uppermost stream end part of the packed bed in the desulfurization tower, a hydrogen sulphide containing gas line 3 that introduces the hydrogen sulphide containing gas into the gas retention area, a processed gas outflow line 13 for discharging the processes gas out of the lowermost stream end part of the packed bed in the desulfurization tower, and a circulation gas line 6 branching from the processed gas outflow line and connected to the gas retention area, and is provided with circulation gas amount control means that controls a blast amount of a fan 7 on the basis of measurement results of hydrogen sulphide concentration measurement means 22.</p> |
