A ship or a marine structure having a flare tower is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a flare tower comprises: a tower body arranged to discharge has and heat generated from production facilities to the sky of a hull wherein the production facilities with respect to crude oil or natural gas are mounted; and a fan unit arranged in an upper portion of the tower body to pressurize the gas and the heat to the sky of the tower body.
