The present invention relates to an automatic profile molding apparatus and a molding method thereof. The conventional profile molding apparatus individually supplies base materials with a short length to a molding apparatus with manual work of a worker for molding and, in turn, causes a problem of difficulties in molding a relatively long base material because of limits in the weight that can be carried by the worker. In addition, the conventional profile molding apparatus has a problem of reduced productivity because one molding process can manufacture only one part. An improved molding apparatus has a problem of an increasing defect rate due to incorrect seating of a profile base material during transfer to molding devices in each step, and cannot remove an increasing defect rate of a product and increasing working hours because notching required for the base material cannot be directly molded. Therefore, the automatic profile molding apparatus and the molding method thereof can provide finished products without manual work of a worker by automating notching, punching, and cutting work processes necessary for the profile base material supplied to the molding apparatus as well as the entire fixating and purging work along with transporting for the base material at each process. |
