Disclosed are a disaster and battlefield IOT device and a method and a system for communicating between disaster and battlefield components using IOT. The disaster and battlefield IOT device disclosed in the present invention has a router function which forms a network for two-way IOT communication between a cloud-based main server command center and disaster and battlefield components in an environment without wired and wireless communication networks and comprises: a communication unit for performing two-way IOT communication between the cloud-based main server command center and the disaster and battlefield components; a storage unit for building and storing data through information sharing between the cloud-based main server command center and the disaster and battlefield components; and an execution unit for carrying out operations in accordance with the command and control of the cloud-based main server command center.
