<p>The present invention relates to a confirmed working and operating method between irregular labor and management, comprising the steps of: providing a service of irregular human resource management such as labor contract establishment (agency), irregular worker management, and working day confirmation; making a breach agreement contract for breach of contract with a received down payment and other fees, with respect to a user (employer); providing a service of irregular labor guarantee such as minimum wage guarantee, minimum working environment guarantee, and working day guarantee; and making a breach agreement contract for breach of contract with a received down payment and other fees, with respect to a worker (employee). The invention provides an efficient configuration of establishment of a business model capable of providing a service corresponding to the irregular labor market characteristics and a network system for embodying the business model on a web, thereby constructing an efficient, stable, and smooth irregular labor market.</p> |
