<p>Disclosed in the present invention are a receiving system for receiving, processing, and transmitting mobile service data, and a method for processing a broadcast signal. The receiving system comprises a signal receiving part, an equalizer, an inner decoding part, a reliability adjusting part, an outer decoding part, and an error correction part. The signal receiving part receives and demodulates a broadcast signal including mobile service data and a data group including multiple base station data row. The equalizer channel-equalizes the data group included in the demodulated broadcast signal by using the base station data row. The inner decoding part matches the mobile service data feed back by being symbol-decoded with the mobile service data in the data group input in a block size for turbo decoding in the equalizer, and performs trellis decoding. The reliability adjusting part adjusts reliability of the mobile service data upon a position in the data group input in the block size for turbo decoding in the equalizer. The outer decoding part performs symbol decoding for the mobile service data output from the reliability adjusting part, and feeds back to the inner decoding part. The error correction part corrects error generated in the mobile service data output from the outer decoding part.</p> |
