According to an embodiment of the present invention, a translation device includes: a translated word extracting device which extracts a translated word based on the bilingual corpus of a native language and a target language, the monolingual corpus of the native language, the monolingual corpus of the target language; a morphological analysis unit which analyzes the morpheme of the input text; a syntax analysis unit analyzing the syntax of the morpheme; and a translated word conversion unit which converts the input text to translated text based on the morpheme and syntax. The translated word conversion unit converts the input text to the translated text based on the translated word extracting device.
