<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved single cable power connector for a carbon dioxide welding machine, which improves the weight and performance of a connector by improving the hardness and electric conductivity of the single cable connector made of an aluminium material. The single cable power connector for a carbon dioxide welding machine comprises: a power socket which is connected with a power supply cable of a single cable; and a power plug which is connected with a power supply cable of a feeder. The power socket and the power plug are made of an aluminium material or an aluminium alloy material, and are treated by heating in order to improve hardness. In addition, the surface of the power socket and the power plug treated by heating is plated in order to prevent oxidation and to improve electric conductivity. Therefore, The improved single cable power connector can reduce the weight thereof and can provide improved electric conductivity and hardness.</p> |
