PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which can be miniaturized more easily, and has higher accuracy for detecting halfway fitting than before.SOLUTION: An electric supply side connector 1 (electric connector) comprises: a lock lever 104 for locking an electric supply side connector 1 and a power reception side connector during engagement; a micro-switch 106 for detecting halfway fitting of the lock lever 104 and blocking conduction; and a release lever 105 for canceling locking by the lock lever 104 after charging. In a halfway fitting condition, an intermediate part 104e of the lock lever 104 comes into contact with a spring piece 106a of the micro-switch 106, and operates to pressurize the spring piece 106a. Therefore, a normally-closed contact of the micro-switch 106 is released to block the conduction.
