<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analysis tool capable of preventing reduction of the reactivity and the reproducibility of an analysis.SOLUTION: A specimen analysis tool 10 of the present invention includes: an expansion member 11; and a plastic base material 16. At least a part of the expansion member 11 is brought into contact with the plastic base material 16, and further includes a hydrophilic component layer 15, while the top surface of the plastic base material 16 and at least one portion of one side or the whole of the top surface of the expansion member 11 and the top surface of the expansion member 11 are formed with a hydrophilic component layer 15. In particular, the hydrophilic component layer 15 may favorably contain sucrose or N-methyl-glucose-amine. The specimen analysis tool 10 of the present invention is prevented from adherence of a hydrophobic component resulting from the plastic base material 16 by the formation of the hydrophilic component layer 15 on the top surface of the plastic base material 16 and at least one portion of one side of the top surface of the expansion member 11.</p> |
