<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thick film sheet capable of preventing a reduction in yield and increasing productivity.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a thick film sheet includes: a forming step of forming a polymerizable composition into a sheet of a predetermined thickness using a pressure roll; and a polymerizing step of polymerizing the polymerizable composition after the forming step. The polymerizable composition is held at the top and bottom thereof by an upper base material and a lower base material, respectively, and held at opposite ends in a width direction by restraining members. A thickness of the restraining member is equal to or greater than (the predetermined thickness - 2 mm) and equal to or smaller than (the predetermined thickness + 3.5 mm). Angle retaining members are placed between opposite ends in a width direction of the lower base material and a surface on which the lower base material is placed, and an angleθthat is formed between the opposite ends in the width direction of the base material and the surface when the angle retaining members raise the opposite ends in the width direction of the lower base material from the surface is 25 to 70 degrees.</p> |
