<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify appropriateness of an area of interest set for analyzing data of a three-dimensional nuclear medicine image of a brain.SOLUTION: An appropriate embodiment according to the present invention includes reading three-dimensional nuclear medicine data of a brain, reading data of an area of interest and a reference area set in the three-dimensional nuclear medicine image data, extracting two-dimensional image data corresponding to a specific cross section of the brain from the three-dimensional nuclear medicine image data, calculating an index on a pixel value for each part corresponding to the area of interest and a part corresponding to the reference area in the two-dimensional image data, and visualizing a relationship between a position of the cross section and the index.</p> |
