A declaration acceptance part 13 distributes the declaration screen of each area to user's terminals 30 in the area, accepts a declaration on hot or cool feeling from the user's terminals 30 in response to the hot or cool feeling declaration at the declaration screen, and stores the declaration information indicating the declaration on hot or cool feeling in a memory part 11. A target temperature setting part 14 calculates a new target temperature in each area on the basis of a result of consolidation having declaration information consolidated for each area, sets it to an air conditioning control device 20 and stores the set information indicating the set content of the target temperature in the memory part 11.</p> |
