<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lacquer product such as a table ware, a container and an ornament with only lacquer coating or the like without using a core.SOLUTION: A laminate 5 prepared by applying lacquer coating material in piles by repeating such a coating process as to apply a coating material essentially comprising lacquer on the surface of a trimming die 1 made of non-permeable and flexible substrate, for example, polypropylene, dry and cure the coating material, thereafter, again apply the lacquer coating material on the upper layer of the coated surface and dry and cure the coated coating material is formed on the trimming die 1, subsequently, the trimming die 1 is deflected, thereby, the laminate 5 is released from the trimming die 1 to obtain a lacquer product. Thereby, wood and bamboo as a core are made unnecessary when manufacturing the lacquer product, moreover, the container having high water-proofness and high toughness irrespective of thin thickness can be provided and new usage which is not be provided in the conventional practice can be expected.</p> |
