The present invention relates to a composition for a UV-curable donor film composition and the UV-curable donor film using the same, wherein the composition comprises: a silicone-urethane resin comprising a multifunctional acrylate group; an acrylate resin; a photoinitiator; and a solvent. According to the present invention, a composition for a UV-curable donor film has excellent fouling resistance, chemical resistance, and water repellency as well as the improved coating properties due to good wettability, in the case of coating on a substrate with relatively low surface energy.
