Provided is an inorganic reaction system including a lead-bismuth-tellurium-silicate composition represented by chemical formula 1 which is Pb_a-Bi_b-Te_c-Si_g-M_d-O_e. Herein, 0<a, b, d, or g<=1, 0<=d, e<=1 are satisfied; the sum of a, b, c, d and g is 1; 0<a<=0.05, 0.2<b<=0.95, 0<c<=0.5, 0<d<=0.2, 0<g<=0.5, are satisfied; a:b is between about 0.1:99.9 to about 5:95; b:c is between about 50:50 to 99:1; M is one or more element; and e is a number that is enough for components Pb, Bi, Te, Si, and M to be balanced. |
