FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well drilling, particularly, to mounts of hydraulic thrusters used in isolation of drilling trouble zones. Device comprises lowering tubing, hollow hydraulic cylinders, ring pistons with hollow rods aligned in appropriate hydraulic cylinders for limited displacement therein and mandrelling head. Hydraulic cylinders are coupled from above with tuning while hollow rod is connected with mandrelling head. Every ring piston is composed of a sleeve with circular recess at mid part and self-sealing glands fixed thereat from below. Said circular recess accommodates spring-loaded circular belt with outer spherical surface while piston hollow rods are articulated by ball joint for limited angular deflection. Circular grooves are made at circular recess outer surface for resilient sleeve to be located there outside as well as circular belt spring-loaded from inside. Radial recesses for springs spring-loading said circular belt from inside can be made along the edges of circular recess outer surface.EFFECT: longer life, higher reliability, possibility of application in inclined and horizontal wells.3 cl, 3 dwg |
