Classes 20 (3) and 20 (4) Two panels 1 made of glass, asbestos or other fragile material are secured together by two channel-section members 2 and 3 and bolts 7 which pass through the outer member 3 and engage in screw-threaded holes in the inner member 2, the sides of the inner member 2 being inclined at a slightly greater angle than those of the outer member 3 to grip the edges of the panels more tightly when assembled. The channel members may be made of sheet metal and plated or enamelled. |
