PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a bus load when image data obtained by photographing by a plurality of cameras is stored in a semiconductor memory.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit (10) to which a plurality of cameras (31-34) and a semiconductor memory (35) are connectable includes: a plurality of first interfaces (11-14); a second interface (21); a bus (22); and a plurality of image processing modules (15-18). The image processing module includes processing of performing distortion correction on image data in a preliminarily specified region and write the image data in the region after distortion correction in the semiconductor memory via the bus and the second interface. By excluding image data in a region other then the preliminarily designate region from the distortion correction target in the image processing module, a volume of image data transferred to the semiconductor memory is reduced.
