PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-transmitting conductive film having high flexibility, which can be used for a touch panel having a curved surface or a touch panel designed to fold a touch panel screen.SOLUTION: The light-transmitting conductive film comprises: (A) a light-transmitting support layer; (B) a base layer; and (C) a light-transmitting conductive layer. The base layer (B) is disposed directly or with one or more layers interposed, on at least one surface of the light-transmitting support layer (A). The light-transmitting conductive layer (C) is disposed via at least the base layer (B) on at least one surface of the light-transmitting support layer (A). The base layer (B) contains SiO(where x is 0.1 to 2.0) and has a weight of 0.01 to 5 μg/cm.
