PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical microscope device, such as a phase contrast microscope and a fluorescence microscope, which can perform super resolution observation.SOLUTION: In a microscope device having a light source that oscillates illumination light having coherence to irradiate a sample, a projection optical system that irradiates the sample with the illumination light, and a detection unit that detects light generated from the sample irradiated with the illumination light, the coherent light is projected on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis as a number of focal points through the projection optical system, and the phases of the adjacent focal points of the number of focal points are changed to reduce an area of the projected number of focal points through interference. |
