PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docetaxel-containing solution pharmaceutical composition which does not contain ethanol (ethanol free) and is pharmaceutically stable, and further is easy to handle in medical practice.SOLUTION: The invention provides a solution pharmaceutical composition which contains docetaxel and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is ethanol free, and is pharmaceutically stable. The invention also provides a pharmaceutically stable solution pharmaceutical composition which contains docetaxel and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and polysorbate 80, and further contains one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of glycofurol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, and polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil. |
