<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device preventing a light source from being lighted in a dimmed state undesirably, even if an induction voltage or the like is generated in a dimming control line, and to provide an illumination device equipped with the lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes: a lighting circuit 2 which is inputted with a first AC power supply 9a, which converts the first AC power supply 9a to a predetermined electric power in accordance with a dimming signal and which supplies it to an illumination load 4; and a dimming circuit 3 which is inputted with the first AC power supply 9a or a second AC power supply 9b different from the first AC power supply 9a, and which, when a detection value of an AC voltage of the first inputted AC power supply 9a or the second inputted AC power supply 9b is equal to or more than a predetermined value, outputs the dimming signal to the lighting circuit 2 and makes the detection value variable in accordance with the AC voltage of the first AC power supply 9a.</p> |
