<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene compound having an emission spectrum covering a visible region (380-700 nm) which is excellent as a white luminescent material.SOLUTION: A graphene structure contains a monolayer graphene sheet and has a graphene quantum dot having an end face part of an arm chair type at an edge of the graphene sheet. A part of the end face part is covered with a bulky group having one type of dendrimer selected from the group consisting of 3,5-bis(benzyloxy)benzyl, 3,5-bis(3,5-bis(benzyloxy)benzyloxy)benzyl, 3,5-bis(3,5-bis(3,5-bis(benzyloxy)benzyloxy)benzyloxy)benzyl or one type selected from the group consisting of 3,4,5-tri(hexadecyloxy)benzyl and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane.</p> |
