<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag as a packaging bag having an inner lid made of a sheet material, facilitating sufficiently expanding the inner lid.SOLUTION: A packaging bag includes a bag body 10 formed from a sheet material in a bag-like shape where an upper side part is openable, and an inner lid sheet 20 attached to the bag body 10 and made of a sheet material having a plurality of taking-out holes 21. The right and left sides of the bag body 10 are provided with a left adhesion area 13 and a right adhesion area 14 made by heat bonding a pair of side face sheets 12 forming the side face of the bag body 10. The inner lid sheet 20 is arranged in the bag body 10 in a state of being vertically folded into two, and an end adhesion part provided by projecting more than a part provided with a folded side on both ends in the folded side direction is heat bonded together with the pair of side face sheets 12 in the left adhesion area 13 and the right adhesion area 14 of the bag body 10.
