摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a low salted bread by using a non-uniform distribution of salt. According to the present invention which uses a mixture powder produced by mixing and spray-drying the salt and yeast, the manufacturing method unevenly distributes salt on a carbon dioxide gas generated when fermenting yeast and induces a precipitation of salt, thereby maintaining salty taste of the bread without addition of a substitute and reducing a content of sodium.</p>
