The present invention provides a composition comprising mixed extracts of Aconitum ciliare, Meliae azedarach, and Rumex crispus, an emulsifier, ethanol, and water for preventing damages by harmful insects. A composition of the present invention can be used in preventing damages of crops by harmful insects. A composition of the present invention has excellent safety without representing toxicity to mammals, fish, honey, etc. A composition of the present invention can be developed as an effective biological pesticide, and can be contributed to an eco-friendly work for preventing insects with reduced usage of chemical pesticides by using the natural pesticide.
