The present invention relates to a composition comprising: a target-specific probe comprising a ferritin protein, a superparamagnetic nanoparticle combined with the ferritin protein, and a targeting antibody combined on the surface of the superparamagnetic nanoparticle; and a labeling agent-antibody composite comprising a detecting antibody combined on the target-specific probe and a detectable labeling agent for detecting a biomarker, and to a method for detecting a biomarker using the same or a detecting kit.
