SCREW TYPE CHANNEL FOR INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF POWER GENERATION TYPE BREAKWATER SYSTEM

<p>The present invention relates to a spiral type channel to improve generating efficiency of a power generation type breakwater system which improves generating efficiency of a generator installed in a channel of seawater exchange type breakwater, and moreover improves a water purification function. According to the present invention, a power generation type breakwater system comprises: a channel connecting an outside and an inside of a harbor at a seawater exchange type breakwater; and an impeller type generator installed in the channel to produce electric power using the flow of seawater flowing in the channel. The channel is formed to be in a spiral type to induce rotation in the flow of seawater, and in a state wherein the seawater flowing inside the channel is rotated, passing through an impeller of the impeller type generator.</p>
