Disclosed are a device and a method for changing alarm information according to weather. The present invention comprises the steps of: producing movement route information with respect to the movement route that a user uses routinely; checking the user location at every data collecting period which is preset, starting from an alarm time set by the user until the user arrives at a destination; and calculating an average movement time for each weather condition by collecting weather information corresponding to the user location and the destination. An active adjustment of the alarming time accordingly to the weather condition is possible by calculating the alarm changing time based on the calculated average movement time for each weather condition and adjusting the alarming time by applying the alarm changing time.
