<p>An AC-DC converter according to the present invention includes: an alternating voltage input part; a rectifier part for performing half-wave rectification of an inputted alternating voltage; a voltage control part for controlling the half-wave rectified voltage smoothly; and an output part for outputting a voltage controlled in the voltage control part. The voltage control part includes a switching device which is connected between the rectifier part and the output part, and provides a switching pulse to an inflection point of the half-wave rectified voltage. The AC-DC converter can obtain a more smooth direct voltage by limiting a high input alternating voltage and at the same time compensating a low voltage range of the half-wave rectified voltage.</p> |
